A special morning photographing the new arrival, Rhea.

I spent a lovely spring morning with some old clients Jade & John whose wedding I photographed in 2021. In 2022, I photographed their first baby girl Eris which was so special. When Jade & John asked me to capture some moments of them again, now as a family of four, I was so thrilled.

I have introduced a new approach to my newborn photography where my clients receive a variation of candid images that document beautiful, raw moments of the family, with an addition of some naturally posed newborn portraits using a posing beanbag, lighting diffusing material and a small backdrop to control lighting and create a clean background.

It’s wonderful to be able to capture newborn portraits in the comfort of the family’s home - my aim is to always provide a laid-back, family-led approach which my clients find to be an honest and comfortable environment, producing treasurable memories of such a monumental time.
